About

About

Keeley Virginia is a New Orleans artist whose oil paintings explore the gothic, the peculiar, and the macabre. Originally from New Jersey, she bypassed traditional art schools to study privately under professional mentors, developing a style uniquely her own. Her work focuses on striking portraiture laced with dark elegance and classical depth. Parallel to her painting, Virginia also works in taxidermy as a distinct creative practice, specializing in avian and small mammal preservation.
